The fear never stops…
Dwelling on the past…
Apprehensive about the future…
That negative internal dialogue keeps you in a physical, mental, and emotional state of dread.
Chaotic and out of control, you wonder how long you can keep this up.
Comfortably uncomfortable…
The sadness makes you negative, unmotivated, and hopeless.
The anxiety causes you to feel unfocused, critical of yourself and scared of what’s to come.
And it’s seeping into every area of your life. Your career, relationships, and social life… it’s hard to enjoy them or succeed when you feel distant and disconnected.
You’ve managed to stuff your feelings, but you know that’s no recipe for a peaceful life.
Therapy is a warm, energetic, welcoming, and safe…
It’s a judgment-free space to cope, manage your emotions, and learn about yourself.
When you understand your thoughts and feelings, you can easily navigate them and overcome their impact.
I’ll help you explore your experiences and feelings with support, encouragement, and empathy…
These feelings have been an uncomfortable part of your life; let’s get back in touch with them.
A journey of self-discovery and growth…
As a therapist and life coach, I am passionate about your learning and healing so you can be calm and happy in a life you feel good about.
I get excited when you gain new insights, steer around life’s obstacles, and learn to assert what you want and need.
I’m ready to work beside you… actively and enthusiastically…
I’m here to support, teach, encourage, and challenge you to dig deep and overcome your challenges.
I’ll go ahead and tell you…
Therapy is difficult. It brings up uncomfortable feelings you’ve held close for a long time. It makes you remove the mask and see what’s beneath the surface.
But if you do the work and push through the struggle, you’ll become calmer, happier, and wiser.
I’m blessed to experience this transformation with you.

About Me
Embracing the ride…
I’m an empathetic, compassionate person – always have been. So, I knew from an early age that I wanted to help people. I guess you could say my journey into therapy started a long time ago!
I’ve always embraced the maxim that “life is a journey, not a destination.” When our lives lack purpose or direction, sometimes we must step back, look inward, and do the hard work to move forward – even if we don’t have all the answers.
Life is a bit like an adventure that writes its own story.
Uncertainty has been a big part of my journey.
And I’m not going to lie… it wasn’t always easy. I completed my master’s degree in counseling while raising a toddler and working two jobs.
I was always exhausted… and I didn’t know where I would end up. Frankly, it was terrifying at times.
But it also made me lean into hope and faith, making me the Christian-informed therapist and life coach I am today.
When I’m not in sessions…
I love spending time with my son, friends, and family… and volunteering with adults and families who have adopted children or have been in the foster care system themselves.
In my free time, you’ll often find me reading, coloring, hiking, making jewelry, or trying new recipes in the kitchen. I also love going to concerts and operas.
My absolute favorite pastime is traveling! I love going places and creating new experiences. Being in nature or at the beach are places of solace for me to rejuvenate and replenish.
